Our Company
The Mittal & Mittal Group ltd. established in 2007 is a pioneer in Real estate, Venture Funding & Sustainable Technology in North India. The company has been involved in several projects over the past few years, including the construction of many residential and commercial properties, as well as many other projects in India. The group is well known for its innovative developments as it has been working on its projects for more than 15+ years. The group has collaborated with various institutions and companies to create an effective and efficient infrastructure for sustainable technology.
Our Story
Before establishment of Mittal & Mittal group we were working as land traders from 2001-2003. About 7000sq. yard and 11000sq. yard land was bought in 2001 and 2003 respectively.
Directed by Mr. Sanjeev Mittal, in 2007 Mittal & Mittal Group ( Previously Rishabh Heights Limited ) was founded in Meerut. Our major break-through after establishing the company was Tirupati Industrial Estate Project in 50 acres of area where we delivered over 1000+ plots .
The Mittal & Mittal Group built a reputation for itself as an industry leader in real estate. In 2010, we launched several residential township projects. The Mittal & Mittal Group aims to serve its many clients from a wide spectrum of business areas.
Our Founder Mr. Sanjeev Mittal was awarded with "UP Ratna" award in 2012. Not just a surname, Mittal and Mittal Group's name reflects strength and values. Subsequently during 2012-15 we've also acquired 250 acres of land in UP.
In a joint venture led by the Mittal & Mittal Group and "Ansal Housing Limited" has successfully initiated development of 60 acres of prime residential area spread across four distinct phases within Meerut.Â
In 2019 Mr. Rishabh Mittal joined as CEO of Mittal & Mittal Group. He has done his MBA from Cardiff university UK. Mr. Rishabh Mittal (CEO), following the footsteps of his father, is carrying forward this legacy towards an orbit of success.
Till 2021, Mittal & Mittal Group have acquired, developed and delivered over 750 acres of land. Mittal and Mittal group continue to acquire raw land to meet the growing demand.
In 2022 Mittal and Mittal group launched its two new subsidiaries i.e mittal and mittal power private limited due to increase in demand of renewable energy and mittal and mittal ventures private limited for encouraging new-age entrepreneurs and their startups.

Sanjeev Mittal
Founder
Sanjeev Mittal is a renowned builder and developer who is responsible for the success of the Mittal and Mittal Group. He has been instrumental in shaping the group to its present height, and his active involvement is largely felt in Indian Industries Association, Sanyukta Vyapar Sangh, Agroha Vikas Trusts Samiti, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sahityalok Meerut, and many other industrial, social, and welfare organizations.
